Not anytime soon. It doesn't seem like any sort of democratic change will come to Cuba for a very long time. The best to be hoped for is that Cuba ends up developing along the lines of China, as a socialist nation with a free economy. The whole embargo and trade restrictions between the U.S. and Cuba is all based off of ego anyway. Both sides are too stubborn to see that both countries would be able to prosper tremendously by doing business. American tourism to Cuba would GREATLY elevate their economy, and they're already buying American food from us.
There never was a fall of Castro like past U.S. administrations hoped. In the end, Father Time and Mother Nature were the ones that got him.
