My guess is a hit is to each individual page on the site, and a visit might be the collective log-in per member. I am not 100% sure on what qualifies each term..maybe someone can chime in on that.

i thought they were the same thing, a click on your site link would be a hit or a visit
27000+ in a month is believable

I used to have a free foot site in the late 90s and I had a counter on it that would also trace back to what countries and organizations were hitting it. There were actually lots of .gov extensions in the hits as well as US military. Perhaps Clinton himself was grabbing his dick and double clicking between cigar breaks.
Pervdom crosses all political lines. I think the majority of conservative minded people just ain't as open about it which its always so hilarious for example when a congressman get's busted in a compromising position in a cruisy men's room in an airport.

yeah, he got banned after you pestered, and whined, and pestered some more and whined some more to the "mods" whom you claim are your "friends." basically you, and whomever rushed to your defense, harassed wu and the mods until they got so tired of hearing from you that they just banned the dude. instead of calling this section "politics" we should call it "mona's non-free speech area."
