I dunno why but ive found myself doing this a lot more in the past few years whenever im watching a beautiful woman on tv and she just happens to be showing the palms of her hands during hand gestures while she is talking, then im thinking "I bet her soles look just as smooth and soft as her palms"

Anybody else do this or is it just me?

I do that. I also estimate the length of her toes by the length of her fingers compared to normal finger length for the size of her hands.

I do that too; all the time. Not always, but often a good indicator.

Yep, same. I get an idea that longer fingers means longer toes. I also get that if their nails on their finger are more long/curved, so will be their toe nails. I guess they all go hand and (feet?) lol.
