Ladies & Gents, I must tell you about my day. Yesterday (Friday morning) my mother called my cell:
Mom: Greg, you gotta letter from an "R.SCOTT" ~ in Orlando, FL.
WW: I don't know any "Scott" living in Florida.
Mom: Weren't you stationed in Orlando, a while back?
WW: Yeah, almost 17yrs ago!
Mom: Well...next time you're over here, please open your mail.
Long story short, this letter wasn't from any of my Navy buddies. It was actually a greeting card from an ex-girlfriend (I met on AOL) We only dated for about a year. Long distance relationships can be tough--but this one was well worth it, and the most memorable. I'd fly down to visit her, and more times than expected--she'd come up to Chicago just to see me. I had it easy then, since my brother worked for ATA Airlines. We did everything together: visit the Museums, played sports, watch old movies {even Porn} you name it, we did it! It was a match made in Heaven!!
Oh! It gets better....Things didn't end ugly between us. We just sorta drifted apart. But she always reminded me: "You'll always be my baby" She also included her number in the greeting card.
The best is yet to cum....
