Going into Week 5, we see that NFC's Division IV is the tightest in the entire game. Two games separate first to last place.
Even though SI Covergirl Marissa Miller has yet to win a match, she's still in the mix of things. I don't see her catching Jennifer Love-Hewitt, but Christina Aguilera and Lauren Conrad has each won only one game. If Conrad loses, and Miller wins, Miller will score her first win and ,perhaps, put her in the chase for the wild card. Miller stands a better chance of making the playoffs than the other girls who has yet to win a match.
The match that scares me this week is the Johansson/Moore match. That's the only match this week to feature two undefeateds. I did not expect Mandy to come into this week 4-0, but I did expect that for Johansson. I will consider it an upset if Johansson loses to Mandy Moore.
If Moore wins, then that shows me that she will be the odds-on favortie of winning the finals. Johansson is MUUUUUUUUCH hotter than Moore. I think Johansson is more open to the idea of foot fetishism than Moore will ever be.

Whenever I see a girl who's featured in this contest on TV or in magazines, I can't help but to think of this game.
I saw "Trapped" last night. That movie featured Charlize Theron with Kevin Bacon and Coutney Love. I couldn't help but to think of worshiping Theron's feet.
I don't know how any one can be repulsed with having a foot fetish after looking at her.
Hey, National...
Both Carmen Electra and Scarlett Johansson seem to be the only two girls who gets more votes than any others in this contest. They are, like the New England Patriots were this past season, on an offensive onslaught. It would be quite interesting to see those two go at it...

Carmen Electra and Scarlett Johansson are not scheduled to face each other this season. In case you have forgotten, back in Week 3, I have posted a vague sample of who will face who this year.
Here it is, in case anyone has forgotten:
INTRACLASS (Girls from the same class)
AFC Division I vs. AFC Division II AFC Division III vs. AFC Division IV
NFC Division I vs. NFC Division II NFC Division III vs. NFC Division IV
INTERCLASS (Girls from the opposite class)
AFC Division I vs. NFC Division I AFC Division II vs. NFC Division IV
AFC Division III vs. NFC Division III AFC Division IV vs. NFC Division II
Electra is in Division III of the AFC. As you just saw, all girls from her division will face all the girls from Division III of the NFC. Johansson is in Division I of the NFC, so there's no match.
The ONLY way those two can meet each other is in The Finals, IF they are good enough to make it that far.
I just don't want to think about the possibility of those two facing each other too much.

Why did I come up with a concept like the National Femme Liaison?
Well, every once in a while, someone will post a topic asking which celebrity's feet they would most like to worship? It's a question thrown out there for people to answer. The thing is, while that question is a good one, nothing ever gets solved. A lot of people give in their picks, and I feel as if the debate has not been settled.
So I figured why not ask the same question. Only THIS time, the majority of the folks here can agree on ONE celebrity out of a whole bunch them. The debate will be settled and we'll do this again next year, with the majority of them being new celebrities.
I figured that after all the weeks of debating in this game, we will finally come to a thorough agreement and understanding as to which lady is the ideal foot goddess, which lady has the feet that is most sought after. Because a question like this is not something that can be answered right away.
This a game for everyone here to enjoy.

In case you are curious as to how the playoffs will be set up, here is how it will go down:
The Playoffs
The 32-girl league is divided into two classes: the American Female Class (AFC) and the National Female Class (NFC). Each class is further divided into 4 divisions of 4 girls each.
The tournament brackets are made up of six girls from each of the league's two classes, following the end of the 16-game regular season. Qualification into the playoffs are as follows:
1. The four division champions from each class (the girl in each division with the best overall record), who are seeded 1 through 4 based on their overall won-lost-tied record.
2. Two wild card qualifiers (those non-division champions with the class' best winning percentages), who are seeded 5 and 6.
The first round of the playoffs is dubbed the Wild Card Class. The 3rd-seeded division winner will go up against the 6th seed wild card, and the 4th seed will play the 5th. The 1 and the 2 seeds from each class receive a bye in the first round, which entitles these girls to automatically advance to the second round, the Divisional Class, to face the Wild Card survivors.
Unlike most tournaments, with a predetermined bracket, each round of the playoffs is 're-seeded'; the highest surviving seed will play against the lowest surviving seed, the second-highest plays the second-lowest, etc. The two surviving girls from the Divisional Class will meet in the Class Championship matches, with the winners of those contests going on to face one another in the Final Classics.

Okay, folks.
A few matches are in a tie as I type this. We need more voters to break these ties. If you haven't voted, do so.
This week has taught us (just like what "demo" said) that Mandy's undefeated streak to start the season was a fluke, mostly because she was WHOPPED. Mandy didn't put up much of a fight there. Perhaps this is Jessica Alba's opening to catch Mandy and get in front of her in the division. Alba has showed that she has that opportunity of getting to Mandy Moore when you consider that she handed Jennifer Love-Hewitt her first loss of the season.
Beyonce finally won her first match. Good for her! But the story of AFC's Division III is Carmen Electra. My GOD, how this girl demolishes her competition! She is a train that's running without brakes.
For the NFC, Scarlett Johansson has shown that the hype for her match with Mandy Moore was all for nothing. I felt like if that match was on TV, all I would hear is, "Touchdown, Patriots!" over and over. If you were Johansson's EXCLUSIVE foot provider, how would you NOT be the happiest guy in the history of the planet? She is SMOKIN' AMAZING, that girl!
Jessica Simpson has shown some life as well, other than Jessica Alba. She was behind Keira Knightly, but now has caught up to her for the tie in NFC's Division II lead.
And Vanessa Hudgens...
There's nothing more for me to say. She's perhaps the hottest youngest girl in the world today. The feet must match her masterpiece body.

Sorry if I came across a bit harsh about the lack of votes, but I hope you can understand the little concern I have relating to that. Like I said, at least 20 voters will be just fine.
This game is for EVERYBODY on this forum to share once a week. We are almost at the half-way point and we cannot let this game get to the brink of extinction.
The more we put into this, the more we'll get out of it, it is as simple as that.
I don't know how else to put it.
But we'll get back together on Tuesday for Week 6. Thanks and enjoy your weekend.
